Shipping & return
We provide free shipping within the EU. Please
allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your order. Domestic shipping
will be free shipped via Bpost with a tracking option. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will
be sent after the order has been shipped. Shipping costs for international shipments are displayed during the check out procedure.
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please
make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary
If you need your order goods more urgently, you can opt for priority shipment. please note that priority shipment is not free. Prices are displayed during the check out procedure. If you have any questions about the shipment, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Exchange
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from charlottepringels.com. If the items are returned correctly within this timeframe, and in accordance to our Refund Policy, we will exchange it, or offer a refund. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
To start a return process, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us at email@example.com. Provide your order
number and reason for your return. If you wish to exchange a product, also indicate the desired exchange item. Please note that you can
exchange the product only for one of the same product ID (e.g. same model but different color or size). At the end you will receive an e-mail with approval to return the
products according to the steps below. Shipping costs for returned goods (either for exchage or refund) are at the customers own expense.
2. Prepare the package: Please note that the original items you wish to return has to comply with the following criteria:
- the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged
- the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal
- the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components)
- return items must be shipped back to Charlotte Pringels within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
- reuse the original packaging materials to pack the returned goods to ensure its arrival in good condition.
- remove or cover previous shipping labels from the outside of the box (old addresses, labels, etc.)
- close and tape the box securely to ensure it will not open during transit.
3. Return the package to the following address:

Returning the products is your responsibility and at your cost. Make sure you
use a shipping carrier who insures your products against theft or lost.
Also make sure that your shipment is coming with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment of returned goods. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods. Returned goods are subject to our objective inspection. In case we refuse returned goods, we will send back the package to the innitial adress of the customer, and inform the customer by e-mail regarding the reason of refusal.
4. Confirmation of the return: If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Charlotte Pringels will exchange or refund the price of the returned products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure (see 5.). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
5. Refund: The refund procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the
customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy. If the return meets
all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have
been accepted. The refund procedure will start within 7 days from when
Charlotte Pringels was informed of your decision to exercise your right to
return the purchased products.
Refund time will depend on the e-wallet’s or card company’s policies. In the case of gifts, the refund of the sum paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.
International Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
